#4 PAT FARMER AKA THE GOAT
If you know who Pat Farmer is, you're welcome. If you don't you need to listen to this. He details his longest run "The Pole to Pole" running 20,919km from the top to the bottom of the world for The Red Cross. Pat Farmer is arguably the GOAT of long distance running and a bloody good guy! He was gracious enough to spend a few hours with the boys sharing his battle stories, philosophy and heart for the less fortunate.
